Management

John formed Neva in 2021 and is involved in management, product development, manufacturing, capital & equity structures, quality assurance and regulatory affairs. For 15 years John was employed by Biofield Corp., a NASDAQ publicly-traded breast cancer diagnostic company, where he served as COO, CFO and as a director, until Biofield’s acquisition in 2006. From 2006 to 2015, he formed Autosafe-Reflex, a private vascular medical device company & served as its CEO and CFO. From 2015-2017, he was employed by UPODS Corp, a respiratory medical device company, where he served as COO. From 2017 -2018 he worked at Sprimo as COO and was the team leader in the redesigned of a respiratory device certified for use with Apple products. From 2019 to 2020, he was employed by BOT Image a prostrate imaging and AI medical device company, where he serves as CFO. He holds eight patents in cancer diagnostics, sensor systems, vascular & respiratory devices.

Chris is a trained designer, scientist and artist, and earned a Master degree in Industrial design from Georgia Tech. He joined Neva in 2021 and works as its Chief Design Officer and will oversee design, human factors and software / hardware development.  He leads a design / build team for the US Army Blackhawk project, which include multi-point avionics, communication systems, and pilot-vehicle interface blending data resulting in cockpit display systems. In addition he worked with General Motors Human Machine Interface Auto Lab (2015), and performed applied research and design for Army, Navy and Air Force on Defense and Security Research and Design (2015-current). He has authored several publications since 2013 related to engineering of soil-pipe friction, drilling and rehabilitation of ducts and piping and hold secret level security clearance for control of sensitive technology developments.

Dr. Kyle is a Certified Physician Executive with 20 years of leadership experience in the insurance, clinical, pharma, academic, and military settings where his organizations have led in key metrics including quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and cost savings. He serves as Medical Director at Oscar Health and Chief Medical Director at Jus-Pharma. Kyle is an angel investor and advisor for 45+ startups.  Dr. Hoedebecke will serve a Chief Medical Director for the company and will oversee Neva’s clinical advisor board.

Benjamin is an entrepreneur with high level executive experiences. He joined Neva in 2021, he is involved in steering strategic direction for new business initiatives within facility management opportunities and other strategic market niches. Prior to joining Neva, Ben was involved with new business development for PowerTrak Efficiency Systems helping building owners, managers with investments for building energy efficiency envelopes, energy curtailment and business automation technology to reduce and standardize cost structures.  Ben experiences also include specialty finance for Icon International and served as VP, of Corporate Trade.  Ben’s capabilities include sales and structuring of corporate transactions for Fortune 100 companies designed to create value to fund corporate opportunities.

Retired from US Army Special Forces with the rank of Major and served as a Ranger, Manny has been awarded Over 30 medals during his distinguished career.  He obtained a BS and a Master’s degree in Computer Science, and his Ph.D. in Business Management while in Iraq.

Gary is an experienced sales and marketing entrepreneur with high level C-suite experiences.  He joined Neva in 2021 and he is involved in the management, sales and marketing and capital equity sales. Gary served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FX Design Group and his experiences include start-up organizations affiliated with the Atlanta Tech incubators he was previously employed as an operations executive with a Dallas, TX-based private equity firm.
